Hotel Policies

We would like to inform you that at check-in time, a security deposit hold of $150 is required and this has to be on a major debit/credit card. We do not accept cash deposits.

Check ins before 3pm is based on availability and a $40 early check in fee may apply.

Please note all of our rooms are non smoking and deposits will be forfeited for any smoking, incidents, damages or late checkouts.

24 hour cancellation policy is in effect. Any cancellations after the cancellation deadline is expired, will incur a one night penalty plus taxes. No shows will incur a charge of the first night plus tax.

Please note that that you need to bring the following:

• *A valid state issued identification card.
• *Credit card used for booking matching your ID.

No prepaid or gift cards. Credit/ Debit cards without names will not be accepted.

First night will be charged in the morning on the day of arrival. All other payments will be paid upon check-in.

Parking fee is $10/per night. Extra car will be $20/night.

Packages can only be accepted if guest is checked in. A $3/package handling fee will apply.
